Rest of Europe, Shipping charges outside the EU: EUR 19,00€ (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Canary Islands, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Montenegro, Moldova, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine)

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.
You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Strictly Fluid does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply

After receiving your order it will take 2-4 business days to ship your item. You will receive an email when your purchased item has been shipped.

Returns

If you wish to make a return, please send a request via the contact form here: CONTACT. I will then provide you with instructions and the return address.

The policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately i can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered.

To complete your return a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, i will send you an email to notify you that i have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that i will receive your returned item and do not take responsibility for lost items during shipment.
